Although it’s very difficult to predict the influence of planets on a given individual without referring to his or her birth chart the following is intended only as a general guideline.  For confirmation, however, you must refer to your birth chart. Based on the assessment of planetary strengths or weaknesses in your birth chart, placement of planets in your current progressive regular and ninefold charts, and the current operating planetary cycles the following may or may not be applicable.  

Uranus-Saturn quincunx (June 23 – August 15)

The Saturn-Uranus quincunx transit is very undesirable for you if you have such quincunx or square in your birth chart. In addition, if the planet Uranus or Saturn is affecting your life via your current progressive chart, then you might want to consider taking extra precautions in the areas which are affected by the houses of your natal chart in which these planets reside. You should avoid taking any kind of risk at any cost during this period.  Such quincunx can make things very miserable and difficult for you. Staying low key is certainly the way to go.  Avoid any new ventures and postpone the matters that you want to begin till this period is passed. 

On a collective level, the United States of America, Russia or China may experience social or political turmoil at home as well as tensions rising among them. 

Uranus-Saturn ninefold square (July 9 – August 2)

Saturn-Uranus ninefold square is unfavorable for you if you have such a square or opposition in your birth chart. In addition, if the planet Uranus or Saturn is affecting your life via your current progressive chart, then you might want to consider taking extra precautions in the areas which are affected by these planets as shown in your natal chart.  You should avoid taking any kind of risk at any cost during this period.  Such square or opposition can make things so miserable and difficult for you that most likely you are not going to forget them in your entire life. Staying low key is certainly the way to go.  Avoid any new ventures and postpone the matters that you want to begin till this period is passed.

Uranus-Rahu ninefold trine (Uranus-Ketu ninefold sextile)  (July 23 – August 6)

Uranus-Rahu trine is going to be very favorable for those who have lunar nodes favorably placed in their natal charts with respect to Uranus.  If such placing is connected to the first house, second house, ninth house, tenth house, or eleventh house then expect monetary as well as power gains, promotions and improved prestige in professional and social fields.  The ideas that you always wanted to pursue but somehow could never get started….now is the time to follow that dream. You will distinctly notice and feel the positive energy flowing through you during this period.  It’s time to jump in and enjoy this period.

Neptune-Saturn ninefold square (July 28 – August 10)

If you have a Neptune-Saturn square in your birth chart, and if any one of these two planets influencing you now through your current progressive chart, then during this period you might want to consider postponing your plans of expansion or any new venture, and just stay in a defensive mode.  This square has a tendency to ruin your plans in a very deceptive manner, and usually, there is very little you can do about it once the process begins.

On a collective level, countries like China and Russia may face some difficult time during this period.

Neptune-Jupiter Quincunx (August 10-17)

Both Jupiter and Neptune are considered as auspicious planets. While Jupiter deals with outward and material things Neptune’s influence on us is very abstract and subtle. For those who have such quincunx in their birth charts, and if they have any one of these planets influencing them through the current progressive cycle are certainly going to experience a period of test and confusion with regards to their beliefs and moral values that they have been attached to. It’s time to reflect! It’s time to stay course with regards to moral values.  Your surroundings and apparent nature of people surrounding you is likely to seem to be deceptive but just hang in there.

On the world scene, world religions are likely to be challenged with earthshaking ideas that they must attend to. New controversial issues will take the central stage in the religious world. Be ready to embrace this powerful and spontaneous experience. Some of the likely scenarios are unexpected move (change of residence), unexpected job change (or change of surrounding at work place), meeting a person who is going to influence your life in a very dramatic fashion, unexpected financial windfall, unexpected severe depression, finding your center that you were always wanting to, etc.  

At a collective level, the manifestation of Neptune-Uranus ninefold conjunction will reflect in sudden change (either positive and negative) in relationship between USA and Russia (and countries of former Soviet Union), magnificent advances in science and technology through innovations, inventions, and discoveries.

Mars-Uranus quincunx (August 21-23)

Watch-out for bad news during these 3-4 days! Sudden and undesirable happenings are likely to occur if you have such quincunx in your birth chart.  It could be a sudden loss of money, unfortunate accident, or a bad news. Only thing I suppose you could do is be prepared and avoid taking any new risk during this period.

On a collective level, natural and man-made calamities are likely, especially in the United States of America.

Mars-Saturn Conjunction (August 23-26)

Mars-Saturn conjunction changes a perfectly normal and healthy situation in to the one with a lot of tension and friction. For those who have such conjunction in their birth charts, and if they have any one of these planets influencing them through the current progressive cycles certainly need to be on guard. Simply lay back and do nothing.  If you must involve in an unwanted situation, be extra careful and try to minimize the damage. Experiences like fire burns, rape, accidents, theft, loss of precious things, and monetary disasters are real possibilities.

On the world scene, a short term but very intensive friction between India and Pakistan is very likely. Terrorism and violence, especially in Israel-Palestine area will be on rise. Outbreak of an undesirable happening, and strong occurrences of both natural and man-made calamities are real possibilities.

Pluto-Saturn ninefold trine (August 24 – September 1)

If through your current progressive chart influence of either Pluto or Saturn is active and if Pluto is favorably positioned with respect to Saturn in your natal chart expect a very favorable time during this period. Such positive events will be related to the affairs signified by the houses these planets occupy or aspects. For example if the seventh house is involved, expect a new and positive development in a relationship, or business partnership, or success in capturing the audience if you deal with masses.
