About President Donald Trump and his challenges……
President Trump’s operating planets (the planets that presently influence him most) for December will continue to be Saturn and Venus.
During the month, Saturn will be in sidereal Sagittarius, the seventh house of his progressive chart. And it will be in the 12th house of his ninefold progressive chart till December 25, and then in the 1st house for the remainder of the month. Venus will be in sidereal Scorpio (the sixth house of his progressive chart) till December 20 and then in Sagittarius (the 7th house of his progressive chart) for the rest of the month.
From Dasa standpoint, Saturn is unfavorable (being in the seventh house of his progressive chart) for him and therefore, Mr. trump is likely to continue to cause a lot stir by exhibiting immature and senseless behavior in dealing with his friends and adversaries alike.
The sixth house resident transiting Venus will be detrimental for his prestige and personality and therefore, Mr. Trump will find himself fuming with his advisors. He may get involved in feud with women during the same time or become entangled with currently hot sexual harassment issues . Also, the seventh house resident transiting Venus means lot of disagreements with his cabinet members and trouble with women.
When the planetary transits with respect to his natal chart are considered, the transiting Uranus has been in square with his natal Saturn (Nov 15 – Feb 20). And currently Saturn being his operating planet, this square may become cause for more chaos, uncertain environment in the White House, and drastic and destructive changes in his administration.
Thus, while he did manage to survive the cruel transit of Saturn with respect to his natal Saturn, Sun, Moon and Rahu during October and November, the unfavorable transit of Venus and equally unfavorable 7th house transit of Saturn, and the violent square of Uranus with his natal Saturn may become responsible for yet another extremely challenging and trying month for him to deal with the ongoing Russia probe, suspicious and insecure people around him and in advancing his political agenda.
Retrograde Mercury (December 3-23)
On December 3, the planet Mercury becomes retrograde in sidereal Sagittarius. It will stay retrograde in Sagittarius until December 10, then with its retrograde motion Mercury will enter Scorpio. Typically retrograde Mercury means anxieties, communication breakdowns, unexpected delays, frustrations, missing deadlines, unforeseen obstacles and disappointment in daily chores. Retrograde Mercury in Sagittarius means more frustrating periods for leaders in general, and particularly for those who are religious leaders, explorers, politicians, philosophers and researchers. And Mercury in Scorpio means more trying period for military personnel, politicians, athletes, terrorists, and for the people involved in secrecy and covert operations. This is the time not to start a new project or venture, but rather reflect on what’s been done so far. Also, this is the best time to cleanup that closet and do other chores that you have been postponing due to lack of time availability.
In addition, if you have dominating Mercury in your birth chart and if Mercury is currently your operating planet, then you are more likely to experience the pronounced effects of retrograde Mercury during this period with respect to matters signified by the house it’s currently transiting through in your progressive chart.

The important challenging planetary configurations for December include Pluto-Saturn (Nov 28 – Dec 4) ninefold opposition, Pluto-Rahu (Nov 27 – Dec 20) quincunx, Pluto-Uranus (Dec 5-18) ninefold quincunx, Saturn-Rahu/Ketu (Dec 4-7) and Pluto-Rahu/Ketu (Dec 6-13) ninefold squares and Jupiter-Rahu/Ketu (Dec 26 – Jan 3) squares.
The manifestation of the Pluto-Saturn (Nov 28 – Dec 4) ninefold opposition will be reflected in an outbreak of violence and terrorist activities in Middle-East and a strong possibility of natural as well as man-made calamity, and to some extent, a war-like climate in some part of the world. Tension between North Korea and the United States will continue to persist. Some of the east-European countries, Russia, and China may experience political as well as social turmoil.
The Pluto-Rahu (Nov 27 – Dec 20) quincunx means an eruption of new waves of violence in the Palestine-Israel, Syria and Afghanistan-Pakistan regions is likely. And perhaps, towards the end of this period due to Pluto’s transformation process, the resulting changes are likely to stay irreversible.
The Pluto-Uranus (Dec 5-18) ninefold quincunx may become responsible for a drastic change in the way the Trump administrations deals with other nations, and also in domestic matters. There will be a transformation of a political strategy that might become responsible for a change in the current political agenda, and foreign policy matters of the Trump administration as the planet Pluto with its tremendous energy has a power of irreversibly transforming the field of politics to a new level or setting with a new set of norms.
