The important challenging planetary configurations for July include Saturn-Rahu (July 4-12) ninefold conjunction, Uranus-Mars (July 16-19) opposition, Neptune-Mars (July 6-9) and Pluto-Jupiter (July 13-21) quincunxes, Pluto-Uranus (June 2 – Oct 9), Neptune-Rahu/Ketu (June 15 – Aug 11) and Pluto-Mars (July 15-18) squares and Neptune-Saturn (May 27 – July 14) and Pluto-Uranus (June 17 – July 2) ninefold squares.

·        Russia:  The Neptune-Saturn ninefold square will exert its negative spell during the first ten days of July and it will be reflected in increased uncertainty and political instability. In addition, due to the squares of Neptune with the lunar nodes, the entire month is likely to be very challenging for Russia from social and political perspectives.

·        Europe:  The first twenty days of the month are certainly a challenging period for the continent from the economy standpoint.  In addition, the Neptune-Saturn ninefold square may become responsible for a possible wide spread social unrest, protest and riots. ·        China, Japan, and Pacific-rim countries:  For China, first half of the month looks to be a challenging period from economical, social and political stability standpoint. Also, for the rest of the pacific-rim region and Japan the slow down in economical growth will be reflected in falling financial markets during the same period.

·        Middle East:  The Pluto-Uranus, Neptune-Rahu/Ketu squares and the Neptune-Saturn ninefold square will become responsible for violence and unrest in Middle East (especially in Syria, Afghanistan, Israel and Palestine region) during the entire month.  Also, during the same period, both the natural and man-made calamities (with violence) are likely.

·        Religion:  The Pluto-Jupiter quincunx can become an important planetary event for  religious leaders. This quincunx could become responsible for a unique stalemate in the field of religion as the planet Pluto with its tremendous energy has a power to oppose and eventually transform the existing religious norms to a new set of norms. Thus Pluto-Jupiter quincunx during the middle ten days of July will certainly prove to be very challenging for religious leaders around the world, especially in the west.
