The important challenging planetary configurations for November include Uranus-Jupiter (Nov 1-9) quincunx, Neptune-Saturn (Nov 17 – Dec 3) square; Uranus-Saturn (Nov 23-27) and Saturn-Rahu/Ketu (Nov 27-30) ninefold squares; Rahu-Mars (Nov 8-10) conjunction, Neptune-Uranus (Nov 11 – Dec 3) and Neptune-Rahu (Nov 29 – Dec 8) ninefold conjunctions.
The Uranus-Jupiter (Nov 1-9) quincunx may become responsible for challenging environment for world religions (religious leaders) as they will be faced with earthshaking reality that they should not ignore. Those religious leaders, who are willing to be open minded and ready to listen and act on new and fresh ideas, are the ones that going to be responsible to transform our religious world to a new level. The Neptune-Rahu (Nov 29 – Dec 8) ninefold conjunction may become responsible for economic turmoil in Russia and China. Eastern European countries are also likely to be negatively influenced by this planetary configuration. Covert activities around the world may find a new momentum (but because of Neptune’s secretive character we may never know) with regard to terrorism and other international conflicts.

The manifestation of the Pluto-Neptune (Nov 6 – Dec 1) ninefold trine will be reflected in positive developments in bringing terrorism under control or even wiping out major terrorist cells through covert operation. In addition, this ninefold trine is good for Russia and to some extent for China. Also, on technological front, expect some positive breakthroughs in medical, high technology and biotechnology fields.
The Pluto-Uranus (Nov 14-25) ninefold trine may become responsible for remarkable technological discoveries and inventions. Expect some new important technological breakthroughs during this month . For the United States, in general, this month is going to be remarkable and successful month.
The Pluto-Rahu (Nov 25 – Dec 3) ninefold trine’s influence is good for economy, progress in technical fields (new discoveries and inventions) and religious reconciliation.
The countries that are more likely to be affected during this month are: USA, Middle East (Syria, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan and Afghanistan and Palestine-Israel regions), Russia and China.
About President Obama….
President Obama’s operating planets (the planets that presently influence him most) continue to be Mercury and Sun. In addition, beginning November 23 Uranus and Rahu become the operating planets for him.
During November, Mercury stays in sidereal Libra (and in the third house of his progressive chart) till November 16, and then enters sidereal Scorpio (the fourth house of his progressive chart) and remains there for the rest of the month.
The third house Mercury means a frustrating period for him as he will be on defensive against his adversaries. However, after November 16, the favorable fourth house Mercury in his progressive chart will bring him relief from his adversaries and he will reasonably govern the country.
The other planet, Sun is presently transiting through the third house of his progressive chart till Nov 16. And then for the remaining part of the month, through the fourth house of his progressive chart. As a result, until Nov 16, he is likely to experience a positive period and that perhaps more than compensates for the unfavorable period due to the third house Mercury as mentioned above. After November 16, however, due to Sun’s transit through the fourth house of his progressive chart, he might have to go through the experience of delay, disappointment, difficulties and perhaps sorrow.
After November 23, due to the new sub-cycle, Uranus and Rahu come in the picture and he will be influenced by their energy till January 20, 2016.
Thus during the last week of the month, Uranus being in the 8th house of his progressive chart and in the 6th house of his ninefold progressive chart despite his apparent success in being victorious over his republican adversaries, he will have difficulty in dealing with his own agenda and making forward progress in carrying out with success. He may have to settle for much less than he would like. In addition, Rahu (being in the second house of his progressive chart and in the 7th house of his ninefold progressive chart) doesn’t quite help him either He will be unsuccessful in pursuing people and will have to deal with lot more political challenges than he normally does.
