Although it’s very difficult to predict the influence of planetary energy on a given individual without referring to his or her birth chart the following is intended only as a general guideline. For confirmation, however, you must refer to your birth chart. Based on the assessment of planetary strengths or weaknesses in your birth chart, placement of planets in your current Gochar regular and ninefold charts and the current operating planetary cycles, the following may be applicable.  

Uranus-Rahu ninefold opposition (and Uranus/Ketu conjunction)  (Oct 1 – Nov 13)

If in your birth chart Uranus is in the direct opposition with the lunar node Rahu, and if any one of these two planets are active now via your Gochar (transit) chart, then you might want to consider taking extra precautions in your professional and financial areas during this period. Staying low key is certainly the way to go.  This opposition can become dangerous, and ruin your plans and bring about the unexpected disaster in every which way.  In short, during this period you have been tested. If you have very strong and positively placed lunar nodes and Uranus in your birth chart, then perhaps you need not worry.

On a collective level, the United States, and in particular, the Republican Party and republicans are likely to run into some very difficult period. Also, USA and China may go through a crisis situation during this period.

Rahu-Jupiter ninefold opposition (Ketu-Jupiter ninefold conjunction) (Nov 1-4)

While Rahu-Jupiter ninefold opposition is likely to temporarily favor orthodox and ultra conservative religious authorities, it also is going to sow seed of self destruction for those authorities.  Some sort of religious upheaval or conflict is likely to surface during this period.  

For those who have favorable Rahu-Jupiter aspect in their birth charts are likely to see some positive changes occurring in their lives during this period.  However, for those who have lunar nodes squaring with Jupiter are likely to face some rough times during this period.

On a collective level, besides its influence on religion as stated above, Rahu-Jupiter ninefold opposition may become responsible in slowing down social progress, humanitarian efforts, and charity work.  The morality, in general, is likely to take a backseat and religious scandals may come to the surface during this period.

Uranus-Jupiter ninefold conjunction (Nov 1-7)

While Jupiter deals with outward and material things Uranus’s influence on us is very sudden and with intensity. If you have such conjunction in your birth chart, and if you have any one of these two planets are active through your Gochar (transit) chart then you are certainly going to experience an extreme transformation (irreversible change) in your beliefs and moral values that you have been attached to. This period is challenging and of transformation.  If you overcome the challenge it’s time for marching ahead with a quantum step in the process of self discovery (or evolution). 

On the world scene, world religions are likely to be challenged with earthshaking ideas that they must attend to. Those religious leaders, who are willing to be open minded and ready to listen and act on new and fresh ideas, are the ones that going to be responsible to transform our religious world to a new level. Others will fade away with time. 

Mars-Rahu quincunx (Nov 2-4)

During these few days Mars quincunxes Rahu.  Typically Mar’s quincunx with a lunar node is very unfavorable and unfortunate situation in general.  If you have such a quincunx or opposition in your birth chart, and if you have any one of these planets are active through your Gochar (transit) chart, then you need be very careful about the matters indicated by the respective houses in your birth chart.  Probably the best thing to do is to lay low key, not make any new commitment and avoid taking any sort of risk.  

On the world scene, during this period both natural and man-made calamities causing destruction and loss of lives, and perhaps a demise of an international level political leader are likely.

Pluto-Saturn ninefold trine (Nov 9-25)

If through your current Gochar (transit) chart, either Pluto or Saturn is active and if Pluto is favorably positioned with respect to Saturn in your natal chart, expect a very favorable time during this period. Such a positive period will be related to the affairs signified by the houses these planets occupy or aspects. For example if the seventh house is involved, expect a new and positive development in a relationship, or business partnership, or success in capturing the audience if you deal with masses. If eleventh house is involved it may financially prove to be a very rewarding period.

On a collective level, this is a good period for European and Russian economy. This period is also good for progress in technical fields (new innovations and discoveries) and religious reconciliation.

Mars-Saturn square (Nov 9-12)

Mars-Saturn square, for no apparent reason, changes a perfectly normal and healthy situation in to the one with a lot of tension and friction with new challenges. For those who have such square in the birth charts, and if any one of these planets are influencing them through their Gochar (transit) charts certainly need to be on guard. If you must involve in an unwanted situation, be extra careful and try to minimize the damage. Experiences like fire burns, rape, accidents, loss of precious things, and monetary disasters are real possibilities.

On the world scene, a short term but very intensive friction between India and Pakistan is very likely. Terrorism and violence around the world, especially in Iraq and Israel-Palestine area will be on rise. Outbreak of an undesirable happening, and occurrences of both natural and man-made calamities are strong possibilities.

Neptune-Jupiter ninefold trine (Nov 14-19)

This auspicious ninefold trine is good for all world religions as well as for people who are engaged in activities that help us expand morally, socially as well as materially.  

For those who have well placed Jupiter and Neptune in their birth chart (conjunction, trine, sextile, opposition) are likely to have a very positive experience during this period.  People involved in the religious activities are likely experience a sudden boost in their daily activities, and religious authorities are going to be well recognized by societies.

On a collective level, religious, academic, and social fields are very likely to enjoy the new and positive changes occurring in their respective field.

Mars-Uranus opposition (Nov 16-18)

Watch-out for these few days of this month for sudden and undesirable happenings in your life if you have such opposition or square in your birth chart.  It could be a sudden loss of money, unfortunate accident, or a bad news.
